This policy explains how ONE WAY INT'L CO.,LTD. ("ONE WAY", "we", "us") handles the information you provide when you contact us or use this website. We keep it deliberately short and plain. We collect little, and we use it only to do business with you.
Who we are
ONE WAY INT'L CO.,LTD. is a textile sourcing and supply company registered in Hong Kong, with its office at Unit 706, Haleson Building, No.1 Jubilee Street, Central, Hong Kong. For any privacy question, write to us at oneway@onewint.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details — the name, company, email, country and message you submit through our contact form or send to us by email, including any swatches, tech-packs or specifications you choose to share.
- Correspondence — the records of our communication with you while we prepare quotes, samples and orders.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when any website is visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes, samples and lead times.
- To manage orders, sampling and shipping, and to keep you updated on their progress.
- To maintain our business records and meet legal, tax and customs obligations.
- To improve the security and reliability of this website.
Sharing
To fulfil an order we may share the minimum necessary information with mills, finishing and dyeing houses, testing laboratories, freight forwarders and customs agents. We share only what each partner needs to do its part, and we expect them to protect it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Approved counter-samples and order documentation are typically retained for twelve months beyond the life of an order.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing oneway@onewint.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you have an unresolved concern, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take the safeguarding of your data seriously.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its revision date, will always appear on this page.
